I had the pleasure of undertaking my First Aid Certificate renewal training with Sean Townsend last year and found him to be an exceptional trainer. Sean has a relaxed and engaging teaching style and is able to communicate complex medical information in a clear and easy to understand manner.

Sean taught the course with a good mix of theory, practical demonstrations and role plays that enabled his students to gain a thorough understanding of course content and allowed all his students to easily pass the assessment. I highly recommend Sean as an outstanding first aid trainer.

Sean came recommended to us as a highly experienced first aider and trainer after many years in the surf life saving space. We are in the school environment so he was able to adapt the standard training to our particular needs but also covered the entire course requirements as they stand. His no-fuss, down to earth approach made learning and remembering so easy. I have done this course with different trainers over many years and Sean’s was by far the best. He doesn’t make you feel like a failure if you get something wrong (which is what I have experienced in the past!) and his great sense of humour and straight forward method of teaching makes all the components fall into place. Our group came away feeling so much more confident of our abilities. If you want to have faith in yourself or someone in your team as a first aider, consider First Aid Narrabeen for your ongoing training. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Sean!

Sean has been a trainer at Narrabeen Beach SLSC for many years teaching CPR and First Aid. He is friendly and approachable and takes pride in teaching the best practise techniques in First Aid. I would recommend Sean at First Aid Narrabeen if you need First Aid training Certification.

Easy and quick to book. The Online education and assessment meant you only require an hour session. Small class environment meant personalized care, instruction and practice. Great Times to choose from too.

The course was well designed and run by Sean. The First Aid and Safety modules were delivered in easy to understand and apply segments and Sean’s training style and delivery made the course instructive, useful and enjoyable. He explained key themes and elements of the course and showed key examples before helping me to perform the practical elements of the course. Highly recommended.

Having done many first aid refreshers, I found Sean’s style very engaging, motivating and used practical real life situations, which kept your focus. The view from the training facility was spectacular as opposed to training in a closed sterile room.
